Delivery and Shipping
We aim to post all orders placed by 11am on the same day Mon - Friday, after that they will be posted the following day. However during busy periods please allow 5 working days.
If your order is urgent please contact us and we will make every effort to get it out to you as soon as possible.
When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to confirm status. Although we aim to post as soon as possible please allow 5-7 days for delivery, unfortunately we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail and have no control over an order once we have posted it.
If you live in the Bristol or North Somerset area and would like to collect your order, allowing you to obtain your goods quicker and cut out the postage costs please email us prior to checkout stages.
All orders will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Tracker numbers can be provided for your order once posted, upon request. Couriers will be used for heavier items and multi packs, we shall inform you via email if we are delivering your items this way.
If for any reason your ordered items are out of stock we will inform you via email with an approx delivery date. We make every effort to ensure this doesn’t happen however in this instance you have every right to cancel your order.
If you would like your items to be sent via a courier service please contact us for postage costs before ordering.
International orders will be sent via international or international signed for mail. Delivery times are not defined as depends on the individual countries postal service.
Postage costs - UK only
All orders over £45.00 FREE postage and packing.
All orders under £45.00 are charged at a flat £1.75
All items are sent recorded delivery
Excluding single Bibs which are charged at £0.75p two or more are charged at standard rate of £1.75
Postage Costs - International - please read the whole of this section!
Postage to European destinations will carry a small surcharge to help us keep our prices as low as possible, please bear this in mind when placing your order.
For EU orders up to £100.- a surcharge of £13.99 will apply.
For EU orders £100** and over - a surcharge of £16.99 will apply.
**These prices are for a courier service.
There will be exceptions to this, if you are ordering a few items that we can send via international mail, which will obviously be cheaper than the above prices then we will do so.
If you contact us we will do a specific postage quote for your order depending on the weight. If we can get it to you cheaper than the above prices then we will.
A seperate email will be sent post placing your order, with instructions on making payment of the additional surcharge and giving the option to cancel if required.

We are happy to send to other destinations as long as the customer is willing to pay the shipping charge or arrange a courier at their cost.
For all other destinations please contact us before placing your order.
For any other destinations other than the EU please be aware that you are also liable for any customs duty, import tax or any other charges placed on your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We understand the need to see an item to make sure you are 100 % happy with it, therefore if you simply change your mind once your item has arrived we will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund for up to 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning items so we know to expect an incoming delivery.
We will only refund or replace items that are returned unused and unwashed and in a resalable condition in its original packaging within 14 days of your order.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept back any items that are unused but have been washed unless faulty. If you are unsure of any purchases I suggest you wash and try one nappy before washing the whole multi pack!
We are unable to refund any charges you incur in returning items to us for exchange or refund (inless item is faulty). However if item is to be exchanged we will not charge you any further postage costs.
Faulty items
Faulty items will also be refunded or replaced providing the item is returned to us with a clear explanation of the fault, we will deal with faulty items on a case by case basis and will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we know to expect an incoming delivery.
Postage costs will be refunded in the instance of genuine faulty items.
Faulty items will only be accepted if they are received clean and dry and with out stains with clear instructions as to the problem. Nappy leak or stink is not classed as faulty and usually down to user error. We can usually advise you in this case please contact us for assistance.
Orders
When placing an order on this website you are creating a contract between yourself and us (babybots.co.uk), we promise to fulfil this order as quickly as we possibly can, although sometimes there may be a delay that is outwith our control. If/when this occurs we will contact you via e-mail to offer you the choice of cancelling your order or allowing us to fulfil it within an agreed timescale. You as the purchaser agree to make payment for all goods in advance prior to despatch via our preferred method of payment which is currently paypal, although this method is subject to change at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
At Babybots.co.uk we take security very seriously and therefore have the following policy in place.
(1) What Information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
(a) Information relating to your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, operating system, referral source, length of visit and number of page views). (b) Information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering for our newsletter (Email address and name). This information is held by Bravenet Web Services Inc.
(c) Any other information that you shoose to send us.
2) What information do we not hold?
(a) We do not hold any financial information related to any purchases you make from us, all of this information is held securely by Paypal, all payments are processed by paypal on a paypal hosted shopping cart, for more information please visit the paypal website.
(3) Use of your personal data.
(a) We will only use the information provided by you in the course of our business.
(b) Information provided by you to Bravenet Web Services inc when signing up to our newsletter will be used solely for distribution of our newsletter and for no other purpose, we will not pass on or sell your personal information to any third party unless required to do so under law.
(c) Information that is provided by you when you visit our website that is stored by Google will only be used to analyse website performance (number of visitors etc) and not sold or passed on to any third party (this information is not personally identifiable).
(d) Information that is provided by you to paypal will be used solely in the course of fulfilling your order, we do not hold or view any other information other then delivery details and items ordered (this information is not held by us but is held by paypal). You should only provide your personal information to paypal after reviewing the paypal privacy policy (available at www.paypal.com), we will share information with paypal only to the extent that is necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website (www.babybots.co.uk)
(4) Disclosures
We may disclose information that we have available to us, to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or sub contractors insofar as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
In addition we may also disclose information abut you:
(a) To the extent we are required to do so by law
(b) In connection with any legal or pending legal proceedings
(c) In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
(5) Your Rights
You may instruct us to provide to you details of any personal information we currently hold about you, provision of this information may be subject to a fee (currently fixed at £10).

BabyBots Environmental Policy Statement
We believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner.
We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance.
It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.
Our policy is to
- Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible. All packaging materials from suppliers will be reused or recycled.
- We will use minimal packaging on our products and make every effort to ensure our packaging is either recycled or recyclable. Nappies are not fragile items and therefore do not require excessive packaging or bubble wrap for postage. Don’t be surprised to receive your order in a makeshift polybag made from a larger one that we’ve reused!
- As far as possible purchase products and services in a way that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same. Here at BabyBots we place supplier orders in bulk to reduce the environmental impact of transporting of our items.
- We will assess the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce in advance.
- Paper usage will be kept to a minimum and recycled products will be used. We do not include unnecessary nappy instructions in every customer package, if you require them feel free to request at checkout and we will happily send or email you some.
